When Spud isn’t slaying bass out of his kayak in Idaho, he’s finding ways to have a direct impact on revenue. Spud has built marketing teams of all shapes and sizes, including two of Idaho’s top private 15 companies. Over the years he’s served as an agency co-founder, series B startup marketing leader, employee #1 at an HR SaaS company, an alliance marketing manager at HP, and currently as the Director of a world-class Marketing team at ClickBank.com.
Spud bleeds growth marketing and knows how to stitch it all together with a deep knowledge of marketing ops and analytics. He helps brands scale customer acquisition for e-comm/SaaS/mobile app brands at an elite level. Spud is an odd one because he’s so comfortable bouncing from a meeting about improving brand strategy and creating new categories straight over to tightening revOps and creating customer ascension plans to boost LTV using data.
He’s an outdoor enthusiast and an eternal student of marketing. So far during his career, his teams have sourced over $20m in revenue and directly managed over $5m in performance advertising budgets, and he’s just getting started.

Nic is constantly pushing the envelope for brands when it comes to innovation and new revenue streams. He architects brand experiences and revenue channel diversification at an elite level. As a serial entrepreneur and now independent consultant, he loves the ups and downs of business almost as much as hearing mt bikes brakes squealing.
Nic always seems to find a unique way to look at a problem and come up with solutions that impact revenue. When he’s not pacing around intensely talking on the phone with his clients you’ll find him on a bike, on a board, or simply out exploring with his wife and son.
